Welcome to a New Reality
During my 15 relevant professional years I worked as a coach, consultant, mentor and as international manager in the humanitarian emergency response. I support leaders (local, regional and international) with their individual leadership development, soft skills, applied empathetic leadership, team management and development, cultural dynamics, but also, for example, creating and communicating strategy, team identity and organizational culture for mentally healthy work environments, etc., depending on individual, team and organizational needs.
I mostly work with international professionals who are facing high work pressure within stressful and demanding environments, and often deal with safety and security risks.
I have a particular passion towards helping people establishing healthy boundaries, work-life congruence and self-care, and this has become my specialty over the years seeing so many professionals crumble and underperform due to the impact of stress.
